How to Check the Family Group Manager?


If you are currently experiencing issues such as YouTube not working or family group problems,

How to Check the Family Group Manager?


1. Go to the Google Family Group Management Page


Click here (families.google.com) to visit the Google Families page:



2. Find the Family Group Manager Information


After entering the page, please find the Family manager section,

then click Family manager to expand the detailed information.



3. Click the Profile Icon in the Top Right Corner to Check the Currently Logged-in Account


Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the page (the round icon).

After the pop-up window appears, the email address shown at the top is the currently logged-in account.



4. Submit a Complete Screenshot


Please take a screenshot on this page and make sure it includes the following information at the same time:


  • Family group manager email
  • Your currently logged-in email information


Important: The screenshot must include both the [manager email] and your [currently logged-in email].






⚠️ If the Page Shows “Get started” (Not Joined to a Family Group Yet)


If you see the following content after entering the page, it means that you are not currently joined to any family group:




Please check the following:


  • Please confirm whether you have received the family group invitation and completed joining the group
  • Please confirm whether you are viewing the page with the correct account
  • Or submit a support ticket to contact customer service, and we will assist you with the related issue
