【MAX】Wrong password, unable to log in 14-4
If you're trying to log in to Max using the account credentials from your subscription and see a password error, you can click the small eye icon next to the password field to check whether the password you entered matches the one listed in your subscription.

Check if there are any extra spaces in the password.

Go to the Goingbus website and click on your subscription to view its details. Verify that the password you're entering matches the one shown in your subscription.

If the password you entered is consistent with your subscription, you can refresh the webpage of your current subscription service to check whether the new password has been updated. Then log in with the new password. When the user refunds or the trial period expires, the website needs to update the account password to prevent the expired user from logging into the max account and affecting the current users. We will send an email to the user's mailbox to remind you. You can also check your mailbox to see if there is an email to change the password.
If you refresh your subscription and find that your password has not changed and you cannot log in with your password, you can contact the website and we will check the problem.
