✅ How to Set Parental Rating for a Child Profile
Applicable on both Mobile App and Desktop Website
Log in to Max
Click “Edit Profiles” below your profile
Select the profile assigned to you and click the ✏️ edit icon
Scroll down to find “Content Ratings”
Choose the rating level you want, for example:
TV-Y, TV-Y7 → Young Children
TV-G, PG → General Kids
PG-13 → Teens
R, TV-MA → Adults
Set the highest level you need (e.g. TV-MA), then click “Save”
Your profile rating is now set to the highest level!
