How to Log in After Purchasing Suno? What Should I Do If a Verification Code Is Required?


After purchasing Suno, please first go to the GoingBus Subscription Page to check the account information provided by the system. Then, choose the correct login method according to the content shown in the password field on that page.


Please note: Different accounts may use different login methods. Follow the instructions shown on the subscription page and select the correct login option. Do not mix up Google login and Microsoft login.



1. Confirm the Account Login Method


When checking your account information on the subscription page, please pay special attention to the content shown in the password field, and choose the corresponding login method based on what is displayed:


● If the password field shows xxxxx (Log in with Google), please use Google login
● If the password field shows Microsoft license code login, please use Microsoft login


Please do not determine the login method only based on the email domain. Always follow the login instruction shown in the password field on the subscription page.



2. Go to the Suno Official Website and Click Log In


Please first visit the Suno official website, then click the “Log In” button in the upper-right corner of the page.



After entering the login page, select the corresponding login method according to the account type shown on your subscription page.



3. Method 1: Log in with a Google Account


If your subscription page shows xxxxx (Log in with Google), please use the Google login method.




Select “Continue with Google”.



After entering the Google login page, enter the Google email account we provided, then click “Next”.




Then enter the corresponding account password and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the login.




After logging in successfully, the system will automatically redirect you back to the Suno page, and you can start using the account.



4. Method 2: Log in with a Microsoft Account


If your subscription page shows Microsoft license code login, please use the Microsoft login method.




Select “Microsoft Login”.



After entering the Microsoft login page, enter the Microsoft account email we provided, then click “Next step”.




If the system requires identity verification, click “Log in using another method”.




In the verification options, select “Send to email”.




Then return to your subscription page to obtain the email verification code.


Enter the verification code on the Microsoft verification page to complete the login.





5. Important Notes


  1. Please make sure the login method you select matches the content shown in the “password” field on the subscription page:● If the password field shows Log in with Google: please select Google login
    ● If the password field shows Microsoft license code login: please select Microsoft login


  1. Do not change the account password, bind a phone number, change the email address, or modify any other account information.


  1. Each account can be logged in on a maximum of 1 device at the same time.


  1. If the page asks for a verification code, please obtain the latest verification code from the subscription page before entering it.


  1. Verification codes usually have a time limit. If the code has expired, please resend the code and obtain a new one.


  1. Suno is a shared account. Please do not enter any personal privacy information or payment details.



6. What Should I Do If I Still Cannot Log In?


If you still cannot log in after following the steps above, please first check the following:


● Whether you selected the correct login method according to the content shown in the password field on the subscription page


● Whether you entered the complete account provided on the subscription page


● Whether you entered the correct password


● If a verification code is required, whether you have obtained the latest verification code from the subscription page


If all the information above is correct but you still cannot log in, please contact us by submitting a support ticket and include relevant screenshots so that we can further verify and assist you.
