How to Check Your Subscription Info on the Max Website (Recommended on Desktop)
👉 Steps:
Open your browser and go to: https://www.max.com
Log in to your Max account
Select your profile
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner

Select “Subscription”

Here you’ll see the current membership status of your account.
Check whether your account is still active and subscribed properly.

What is the “Platinum” Plan?
This is a custom name that appears only in specific regions or platforms (such as Google Play).
In reality, it refers to Max’s highest-tier Ultimate Ad-Free annual subscription.
