🤖 Grok User Guide (for Goingbus Users)


After purchasing Grok through GoingBus, please go to the “Subscriptions / Orders” page to check the account information displayed by the system.

Since the type of account shown may vary, please first confirm which of the following appears in the “Account” field:

  • If it is shown as @xxxx (X account) → please log in using X
  • If it is shown as xxxx@xxx (Email account) → please log in using Email
  • If one login method does not work, be sure to try the other method


Open the official Grok website

👉 https://grok.com

Click “Sign in

Case A:




Click “Login with X”

r the account (X username @xxxxx) and password shown on the subscription page

Click “Authorize app”

r successful login, you can start using Grok normally.




Case B:


Click “Login with Email”

r the Email account and password shown on the subscription page


r successful login, you can start using Grok normally.




📱 On Mobile (X App)

1️⃣ Download the official X (Twitter) app:

2️⃣ Open the app → tap “Already have an account? Log in”

3️⃣ Enter the provided login account → username → password

4️⃣ After logging in, you’ll see the Grok 🤖 icon at the bottom menu

5️⃣ Tap it to access and start chatting with Grok



💬 4. What Can Grok Do?

  • 💡 Answer questions and explain information
  • 📰 Summarize tweets and analyze trending topics
  • ✍️ Generate titles, comments, or creative text
  • 🔥 View real-time trends on the X platform
  • 😎 Chat in Grok’s unique humorous “Roast Mode”


⚠️ 5. Important Notes

1️⃣ When logging in, please enter account → username → password in this order.

2️⃣ Do not change the password, link a phone number, or edit settings.

3️⃣ Each account can be logged in on up to 1 devices simultaneously.

4️⃣ If you see messages like “Region Restricted” or “Account Locked”,

please enable a VPN (recommended: United States) and log in again.

5️⃣ Grok does not have a standalone app — use it via the X App or

visit https://grok.com/.

6️⃣ Do not enter any personal or payment information in the chat.


🧾 6. Having Trouble?

If you experience any of the following:

  • Unable to log in / logged out automatically
  • Grok icon not showing after login
  • “Account locked” or “Expired” message

Please contact Goingbus Support and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A screenshot of the login page
  • A brief description of the issue
