The email you used to log in is not associated with any accounts we provide, such as Netflix or GPT.

You can view your tickets through the subscription button in the top left corner.

If the problem persists after visiting the help center, please contact customer service. However, ensure that the email address you use to contact customer service is the same one you used to purchase products from Goingbus. When making inquiries, it's best to provide your email address and order number. This will enable customer service to respond more quickly.
