Gemini Login Guide

After you see the Gemini account details on your GoingBus order page, follow the steps below to start using the service normally.

✅ Important Note Before Login: You may see 2 verification methods (please read first)

When signing in to a Google account, Google may trigger a security verification. This is normal. There are 2 common verification methods:


① 2FA Code (Two-Step Verification)

If the page asks you to enter a verification code, please:

  • Go back to the GoingBus order page
  • Open 2FA Verification → Click to view (if a link is shown, copy the link and open it in your browser)
  • Copy the code and paste it into the Google verification page, then submit


② Backup Email Verification (Verify your identity)

If the page shows “Verify your identity” and asks you to confirm a backup email address, please:

  • On the Google page, select “Confirm your recovery email address”
  • Go back to the GoingBus order page and open Backup Email (Click to view)
  • Enter the backup email address provided on the order page and submit to continue signing in

⚠️ If you cannot access the backup email or verification fails, please do not try repeatedly. Submit a support ticket and contact customer service (attach screenshots).


1. Check the account information provided by GoingBus

On the order details page, please check the following:

  • Account: Gemini account (Google email account)
  • Password: Login password (click to view)
  • Backup Email: Recovery email used for identity verification (if provided)
  • 2FA Verification: Two-step verification code (if provided)
  • Expiry Time: Current account validity period

⚠️ Please log in using the account information provided by GoingBus. Do not modify any account settings on your own.


2. Step 1: Sign in to your Google account (must be done first)

1️⃣ Open the Google sign-in page

👉 https://accounts.google.com

2️⃣ Enter the account provided by GoingBus

Copy the Account from the order page, paste it into the Google sign-in page, and click Next.

3️⃣ Enter the password

On the order page, click Password → Click to view, then copy and paste the password to complete sign-in.

4️⃣ Two possible verification methods may appear during sign-in (Important)

For some accounts, Google may trigger a security verification during sign-in. This is normal. Please follow the on-screen instructions and complete the verification based on the method shown.


✅ Verification Method A: 2FA Code (Two-Step Verification)

If Google asks you to enter a verification code:

  1. Go back to the GoingBus order page
  2. Click 2FA Verification → Click to view (copy the link and open it in your browser)

  1. Copy the verification code
  2. Paste it into the Google verification page and submit to finish signing in


✅ Verification Method B: Backup Email Verification (When “Verify your identity” appears)

If you see a similar page, please select: Confirm your recovery email address

  1. Go back to the GoingBus order page → click Backup Email (Click to view)
  2. Copy the backup email address provided on the order page
  3. Return to the Google verification page, enter the recovery email address, and submit
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the remaining steps and continue signing in

If you cannot access the backup email or verification fails, please do not try repeatedly. Submit a support ticket and contact customer support (attach screenshots).


3. Step 2: Open Gemini and start using it

After you successfully sign in to Google:


👉 Open Gemini

https://gemini.google.com/app


The system will automatically detect the currently signed-in account and take you to the Gemini page. No need to enter the password again.


4. GoingBus Usage Rules (Important)

To keep the account stable, please follow these rules:

❌ Prohibited actions

  • Change the account password
  • Change the backup email
  • Turn on/off security verification
  • Share the account with others
  • Frequently switch devices / IP addresses

⚠️ Violations may cause account issues. GoingBus is not responsible for any risks or losses resulting from such actions.


5. FAQ

❓ Gemini shows you are not logged in

Please first confirm the Google account is signed in:

👉 https://accounts.google.com

After confirming, refresh the Gemini page.

❓ Incorrect password message

Please check:

  • Whether extra spaces were copied
  • Whether you selected the wrong account
  • Whether capitalization is correct

If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket.

❓ Sign-in failed / Account error

Please:

  1. Stop trying repeatedly
  2. Take a screenshot of the error page
  3. Submit a support ticket and contact GoingBus support
