How to Check Your Membership Status on the Crunchyroll Website (Desktop Browser)

Steps:

Open the official website: 🔗 https://www.crunchyroll.com

Log in using the account you purchased.

Select the personal profile assigned to you on the website and click to enter.

Click the profile icon in the top right corner → select “Account Settings”



In the left-hand menu, choose either “Membership Info” or “Premium Memberships”



Here, you can view the current membership status of your account.



If your account does not have a membership, you can open our website, click on your subscription, refresh your subscription to see if the new account has been updated. If the account and password are correct, you can contact us on our website and we will provide after-sales service.
