1. Log in to the ChatGPT Official Website

2. Check Whether the Current Account Has Plus Access
After logging in, check the current account information displayed in the lower-left corner of the page.
If the account name shows:
Plus
It means the currently logged-in account has ChatGPT Plus membership access.
If the account name shows:
Free
It means the currently logged-in account does not have ChatGPT Plus membership access.
Please compare the two displayed statuses above to confirm whether the currently logged-in account has ChatGPT Plus benefits.
3. Confirm Whether the Currently Logged-in Account Is Correct
Click the account name in the lower-left corner of the ChatGPT page to open the account menu and check the currently used ChatGPT account.
Then return to GoingBus:
Find the ChatGPT Plus subscription you purchased.
Please compare the account information displayed on the GoingBus subscription page with the account currently logged in to ChatGPT.
If the Currently Logged-in Account Is Not the Account Provided by GoingBus

Then log out of the current ChatGPT account and log in again using the latest account and password displayed on the GoingBus subscription page.
After logging in again, check whether the account name shows:

If You Confirm the Same Account Is Logged In but It Still Shows "Free"
