【Adobe】How to Get a Login Verification Code


If Adobe asks you to enter a 6-digit verification code when signing in, please follow the steps below.



Step 1: Sign in to Adobe


Use the Adobe account and password provided after your purchase to sign in to Adobe.




Enter your account, click Continue, and then enter the corresponding Adobe password.


If the “Verify your identity” page appears and asks for a 6-digit verification code, please keep this page open.





Step 2: Click “Get Verification Code”


Return to the Adobe subscription page on GoingBus and click:


“Get Verification Code”




The page will display the information required to get the verification code:


  • Verification Code Website
  • Username
  • Password


Note: The username and password shown here are used to sign in to the verification email inbox, not your Adobe account.



Step 3: Sign in to the Verification Email Inbox


Copy the Verification Code Website address and open it in your browser.


Then use the following information shown on the page:


  • Username
  • Password


to sign in to the verification email inbox.




If the verification website is displayed in a language you do not understand, you can use the built-in Google Translate feature in Chrome to translate the page.



Step 4: Open the Latest Adobe Email


After signing in to the inbox, find the most recent email from Adobe.


The email subject is usually:


Verification code


Please check the email time and open the latest verification code email.




Step 5: Get the 6-Digit Verification Code


Open the email and look for:


Your verification code is:


The 6-digit number shown below is the verification code for your current Adobe login.


Copy the verification code.



Step 6: Return to Adobe and Complete Verification


Return to the Adobe verification page you kept open earlier.


Enter the 6-digit verification code you just obtained to continue signing in to Adobe.





Important Notes


  • Always use the verification code from the latest Adobe email.
  • Verification codes are time-sensitive. If the code is invalid, get the latest verification code and try again.
  • If you have not received the email yet, refresh the inbox, wait a moment, and check again.
  • Your Adobe login password and verification email password are two different passwords. Please do not mix them up.
  • The verification email inbox is only used to receive Adobe verification codes. Please do not change the email password or any other settings.
