Adobe Account Login and Email Verification Code Retrieval Guide
This guide is for users who have purchased an Adobe account. It will help you log in to the Adobe website, complete email verification, enter the password, and successfully access the Adobe Creative Cloud home page.
1. Open Adobe Creative Cloud
Open Adobe Creative Cloud:

After opening it, you will enter the login page.

2. Enter the Provided Adobe Account
On the login page, enter the Adobe account email address we provided in the “Email address” field.
After confirming that the account email is correct, click “Continue.”

3. Go to the Identity Verification Page
If the page shows “Verify your identity,” it means Adobe needs to confirm your login through an email verification code.
Please click “Continue” on the page.
Adobe will send the verification code to the email address linked to this account.

4. Open the Subscription Page to Get the Verification Code
Return to our subscription page and find the corresponding Adobe subscription card.
In the subscription information, find the URL next to “2FA Verification.”
Click the copy button, or manually copy the URL and open it in your browser.
After opening it, you will enter the verification code lookup page.

5. Check the Adobe Verification Email
On the verification code lookup page, enter the Adobe account email address we provided.
Then click “Latest Email.”
The latest received email list will appear on the left side of the page. Please click the newest Adobe verification email at the top.
After opening the email content, find the verification code in the email and copy it.

Tip: The verification code is usually a 6-digit number. Please copy the code from the latest Adobe email.
6. Return to the Adobe Page and Enter the Verification Code
Return to the Adobe login page.
Paste the verification code you just copied into the verification code field.
After the code is entered, the system will verify it automatically.
If the verification is successful, the page will proceed to the next step.
7. Enter the Provided Password
After the verification code is successfully verified, the Adobe page will enter the “Enter your password” screen.
Please enter the password we provided in the password field.
After confirming that the password is correct, click “Continue.”

Tip: If there is a “Stay signed in” option on the page, you may choose whether to keep the account signed in according to your needs.
8. Skip Adding a Mobile Phone Number
During the login process, Adobe may ask you to “Add a mobile phone number.”
This step is not required.
Please click “Not now” to skip adding a phone number.

9. Login Successful
After completing the steps above, you will successfully enter the Adobe Creative Cloud page.
After logging in successfully, you can see app entrances such as Adobe Home, Photoshop, Lightroom, Acrobat, and Express on the page.
When you see this page, it means the account has been logged in successfully.

1. What should I do if I do not receive the verification code?
Please return to the verification code lookup page and confirm whether the account email address is entered correctly.
If the account is correct, wait for 1–3 minutes, then click “Latest Email” again.
2. What should I do if the verification code is incorrect?
Please confirm that you copied the code from the latest Adobe email.
Verification codes usually have a time limit. If the code has expired, return to the Adobe page to resend the verification code, then go back to the verification code lookup page to get the latest email.
3. What should I do if Adobe asks me to bind a phone number after login?
Binding a mobile phone number is not required.
When this page appears, click “Not now” to continue using the account.
4. What should I do if I cannot log in after entering the password?
Please confirm whether the password has been copied completely.
Make sure there are no extra spaces and no missing characters.
If you still cannot log in, please contact customer service and provide a screenshot of the error message shown on the login page.
5. Where can I use Adobe apps after logging in successfully?
After logging in successfully, you will enter the Adobe Creative Cloud home page.
