【Adobe】License Expired / Subscription Paused / Access Request / Unable to Use — Solution Guide


When launching Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere, if you see a prompt like the one shown below (License Expired, Subscription Paused, Access Request, Unable to Use), please follow the steps below to restore normal access.




✅ Step 1: Check the Latest Valid Team

Go to the subscription management page:

👉 https://goingbus.com/subscription

After entering the page, click:

👉 【View Latest Valid Team】

The system will display the currently available latest licensed team.



✅ Step 2: Re-log in to Creative Cloud Desktop

Please follow the steps below in order:

  1. Completely exit Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop

  1. Reopen Creative Cloud Desktop
  2. Log in to your Adobe account again
  3. When the “Select Team” screen appears, choose the latest valid team


✅ Step 3: Restart Adobe Software

After completing login and team selection:

  • Double-click the Adobe software you want to use to reopen it
  • Normal usage will be restored

  • The platform regularly updates licensed teams
  • If you see license expiration or access request prompts again in the future
