如果您的 YouTube Premium 無法使用、觀看影片仍出現廣告，或家庭群組出現異常，請先按照以下步驟確認您加入的家庭群組是否與 GoingBus 訂閱一致。

## 一、查看 GoingBus 顯示的家庭管理員

登入 GoingBus，進入「我的訂閱」，找到您的 YouTube Premium 訂閱。

查看頁面中顯示的：

**Family manager（家庭管理員）信箱**

## 二、查看 Google 加入家庭群組郵件

登入您購買 YouTube Premium 時提交的 Google / YouTube 帳號。

在 Gmail 中找到 Google 發送的：

**「歡迎加入 Google 家人群組」**

查看郵件中顯示的家庭管理員資訊。

**Google「歡迎加入 Google 家人群組」郵件中的家庭管理員**

與
