# YouTube 家庭管理員與 GoingBus 顯示不一致

如果 Google「歡迎加入 Google 家人群組」郵件中的家庭管理員，與 GoingBus「我的訂閱」顯示的 Family manager **不一致**，請透過工單聯繫客服處理。

## 如何確認目前是否有家庭群組？

請使用您購買 YouTube Premium 時提交的 Google / YouTube 帳號，打開 Google 家庭群組頁面：

如果頁面可以看到家庭成員或 Family manager 資訊，例如：

代表您目前**仍在家庭群組內**。

**請先不要退出目前的家庭群組。**

如果頁面顯示目前**沒有家庭群組**，例如：

* **目前已退出家庭群組：** 我們會根據實際情況重新提供家庭群組邀請連結，協助您重新加入。
