# 【YouTube】家庭组显示国家/地区不同，无法加入的处理方法

当您加入 YouTube 家庭组时，如果出现“国家/地区不同”的错误提示，请先不要重复点击邀请链接，也不要急于修改账号地区。

## 一、确认系统分配的 YouTube 服务地区

系统会根据您**购买服务时使用的 IP 所在国家或地区**，自动分配对应的 YouTube 服务地区，无需手动选择。

例如：

* 如果购买时使用的 IP 位于韩国，系统会自动分配韩国地区的 YouTube 服务；
* 如果购买时使用的 IP 位于台湾，系统会自动分配台湾地区的 YouTube 服务。

## 二、检查 Google 账号当前的国家/地区

请使用需要加入家庭组的 Google 账号登录以下网站：

请确认页面显示的国家/地区，是否与您当前实际所在的国家或地区一致。

## 三、国家/地区不一致时，关闭原有付款资料

如果 Google 账号当前付款资料的国家/地区，与系统为您分配的 YouTube 服务地区不一致，请进入 Google 付款中心，关闭原有的付款资料。

请将页面滑动至最下方，点击“关闭付款资料”，然后选择一个关闭原因并完成操作。

完成后，请返回付款中心重新检查。

如果账号中仍然存在其他付款资料，请逐一关闭并重复检查，直到出现下图所示的页面，才表示所有付款资料均已关闭。

> **请注意：此操作是关闭原有付款资料，不是修改付款资料，也不是手动更改国家/地区。**

## 四、重新使用家庭组邀请链接

完成以上步骤后，请重新打开我们提供的家庭组邀请链接，并再次尝试加入家庭组。

## 仍然无法加入怎么办？

请确认 Google 账号当前的国家/地区，是否与您购买服务时使用的 IP 所在地区一致。

> 如果您购买时使用了 VPN，或不确定购买时的 IP 位于哪个国家或地区，请不要继续自行操作，直接提交工单联系在线客服处理。

如果关闭所有付款资料后，仍然提示国家/地区不同或无法加入家庭组，也请提交工单，我们会安排专员协助您处理。
