# 【canva】密碼錯誤，無法登陸  16-3


1. 如果使用訂閱中的帳號密碼登陸canva顯示密碼錯誤無法登陸，您可以點擊密碼邊上的小眼睛，查看一下您輸入的密碼是否和訂閱中的正確。

2. 檢查一下是否有空格在裡面，排除是有空格的问题

3. 打開goingbus網站點擊您的訂閱選項，查看您的訂閱，檢查您輸入的密碼是否和訂閱上一致。

4. 如果您輸入的密碼和訂閱一致，您可以刷新一下您目前訂閱服務的網頁，刷新一下查看是否更新了新的密碼。 然後使用新的密碼登陸，用戶退款或試用時間到期了網站需要更新帳號的密碼，防止過期者可以登陸max帳號影響正在使用的用戶。我們會傳送郵件到使用者的信箱中提示您的，您也可以檢查一下您的信箱是否有更改密碼的郵件寄到您的邮箱中
