# [Netflix] If you've forgotten your Netflix profile PIN and need to reset or check it, How to create a profile1-1

1. Log into your Netflix account on your PC using the subscription details provided by Goingbus.
2. Go to your profile and select "Forgot PIN" located at the interface's bottom.

3. A blank field will appear; enter your Netflix subscription login password there.

4. This will allow you to either view or change the PIN associated with your profile.

| Tips: To remove your existing profile PIN, select the "box" option and then press "save".

### If your seat is missing, you can click here to create a new one

### Enter the name of your seat here and remember to bring the serial number to confirm.

### After clicking Forgot pin, enter your password again
