# [Netflix] How to Disable the 18+ PIN 1-14

| There is a very small chance that you may encounter this error when trying to watch Netflix 18+ content. Simply follow the steps below to resolve the issue and enjoy your viewing.

### 1. [Click here](https://www.netflix.com/Pin) and enter your account credentials.

### 2. Select "No" and confirm.

### 3. Once the saved information appears, the 18+ PIN will be disabled.
